Black Kite

Under the direction of consulting winemaker, Jeff Gaffner, Black Kite Cellars Pinot Noir is crafted in small lots, fermented using Burgundian yeasts and aged in a mix of French cooperage from the Allier, Vosges and Tronçais forests of central France to produce wines of complexity, elegance and longevity.
