60% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir, and 25% Chardonnay exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. The Meunier and Pinot Noir mostly come from Mailly and Ludes and the Chardonnay comes from vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and the Cote des Blancs. Aged for a minimum of five years before disgorgement.

"A minerally Champagne, with smoke and brine notes underscoring crunchy green apple, black raspberry, brioche and marzipan flavors. The bright finish is driven by firm, lemony acidity. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Disgorged June 2022."
