Matthew Covington


I started in the industry about 14 years ago. My first job was at the Standard in meatpacking then I went to open the East Village location in 2013. I left hotels and went to bars leading up to recent years where my passion for alcohol and the industry has led me to being an intern overseas and wanting to really dive more into my craft as a Bartender.

I'm excited about an opportunity at Bowler, just to experience the business from a different perspective. I'm looking forward to being part of a great team and perhaps, using this as a stepping stone to opening my own bar one day.
