I was born in Mexico and moved to San Francisco in the year of 2000.  I started working in restaurants and eventually built a career working for some of the most iconic restaurants in the city like Rubicon, Aqua, Michael Mina, Absinthe and Spruce. I'm a certified sommelier,  WSET sake 1, WSET wine 2.  I worked for The Estates Group ( the wine division of RNDC) for over 6 years and I'm happy to be part of Bowler Wine now.
