From a young age I have been immersed in food and beverage, and I knew I wanted to pursue it as a career since high school. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park with a focus in Culinary Arts. After graduation I moved to New York, where I followed the natural progression from food to wine!
I accepted my first front of house position at Casa Mono/Bar Jamón, and quickly transitioned into the Beverage Director role for both Spanish- and (eventually) Italian-focused restaurants in the B&B Hospitality Group. I have had an amazing time with a killer team on the little corner of 17th and Irving, where we earned many Michelin Stars, as well as accolades for the wine program from Wine Spectator, Food and Wine, Imbibe and the New York Times.
Although I am no longer behind the line, I am always eager to throw dinner parties brimming with great wine and food. I am very excited for my next step joining the team at Bowler!
