My wine experience began in 1999 when I took my first restaurant job at Patria. The sommelier began mentoring me and it was there that I became enthused by wine and the culinary arts. This led to my next job working for restaurateur Phil Suarez where I had the opportunity to learn about the restaurant industry from a business perspective. However I soon began to miss my daily wine experiences and eventually sought out my first job in the wine industry working with Monsieur Touton Selection. After 5 years with Touton and eager for a change I was introduced to David Bowler Wine. I am very fortunate to be inspired by a team of passionate people and work with a portfolio of truly exceptional wines.
