100% Albariño from Mathew Rorick’s limestone vineyard site. The vines sit on very steep, east-facing slopes, and are farmed with minimal inputs in Murphys, CA. 2020 is the first vintage for a single Albariño bottling with partial skin-contact. 1/3 of the fruit spent 7 days on skins, 2/3 direct press. The juice from both pressings was blended and spent 7 months on the lees before bottling. No oak used. 149 cases produced.
