Bandol "Saint Ferréol"
This cuvée is produced to showcase the best Mourvédre selections from their vineyards. Spicy, wild, and incredibly ageworthy, this cuvée ranks among the finest being produced in Bandol. Aged for 24 months in large foudres. 100% Mourvedre from the top parcels, Saint Ferreol and l’Ensoleillade. Fermented and aged for six months on the whole clusters in amphora, then racked and aged in tank.
