Bianco IGT Terre Siciliane
100% Grillo. From organically farmed, hand-harvested vines on a flat, sandy site in the contrada of Bastonaca in the DOC of Vittoria. The grapes are destemmed, crushed and macerated for 2 days with their skins. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in large concrete and steel tanks. The wine is aged for approximately 6 months in tank. it is classified as IGT Terre Siciliane; starting in 2017, Grillo could no longer be named on an IGT label, so it is called simply "Bianco".
