Bourgogne Pinot Fin

2016

Pinot Fin is an ancient clone of Pinot Noir that is very rarely found anymore in Burgundy. It has small berries. Arnoux's fruit is a blend from several plots in Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanee, and Nuits-Saint-Georges. The oldest vines were planted in 1959. Vinified with 60% whole clusters, aged in neutral oak.

"The 2016 Bourgogne "Pinot Fin" comes from several parcels and sees 60% whole cluster. It offers attractive brambly black fruit on the nose. The palate is well defined with red plum and raspberry, and a pleasant sous-bois element towards the nicely framed finish."
