Brownstone is our riff on a classic Scottish single malt. It’s distilled from 100% NY grown barley, which was malted by our friends at Valley Malt in Hadley, Massachusetts. Double pot distilled and aged in new charred 53 gallon American oak barrels. It’s 6 years old and 50% alc/vol. The flavor profile is rich with hints of fresh orange, honey, and cherry on the nose. Followed by a dry, citrus mid palette. And cinnamon, tropical fruit and a warm 100 proof finish.
