100% Cabernet Franc from two sites in the Shenandoah Valley; Baer Ridge and Shenandoah Springs Vineyard. The fruit was hand harvested in separate picks over a two week period to balance freshness and concentration in the grapes. Fermented with 15% whole clusters in stainless steel and matured for nine months in 500L oak barrels (15% new). Classic Cabernet Franc in style - with a great depth of fruit and savory quality. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 13.6% abv.
