Cabernet Sauvignon "Blanc de Tinto" Renaissance Vineyard
This wine is Dani's take on Cabernet Sauvignon from the 1900 feet, granite soils of the Renaissance vineyard in North Yuba. Whole-cluster pressed Cabernet Sauvignon, fermented in tank and aged 10 months in puncheon on its lees. Racked and small so2 addition the day before bottling. Bottled unfined/unfiltered.
