Cabernet Sauvignon (75%), Merlot (12%), Cabernet Franc (8%), Malbec (3%), and Petit Verdot (2%). Happy Canyon Vineyard lies at the eastern most edge of the Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County. All farming is practicing sustainable, hand harvested estate fruit/estate bottled. Native yeast fermentation, matured in neutral French oak for 22 months.
