Cabernet Sauvignon “Soda Pop Vineyard”
The first Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon in a can! Sourced from a small vineyard that was planted for Herb Lamb 25 years ago. They farm this vineyard themselves, organically of course, and harvest early in order to create a lower alcohol, lighter style Cab reminiscent of those made in the 1970s & 1980s. The grapes are destemmed and ferment naturally in stainless steel. No oak.
