Formerly known as the “Flying B,” this vintage of the Bledsoe Family Cabernet Sauvignon is a portrayal of the near perfect conditions of 2018 in Walla Walla. Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon (78%) with a small amount of Merlot and Syrah (11% each), the grapes were harvested from four different vineyard sites (Bob Healy, Loess, Gold Ridge, Seven Hills). The wine was aged for 20 months in 55% new, and 45% neutral French oak barrels.
Red fruit and floral notes on the nose move to a well balanced wine, with chewy tannins and a long finish on the palate. Some may even say it is one of the best Bledsoe Family Cabs so far. 1,769cs produced.
