Chablis "Vallée Sebillon"

2017

From the left bank of the Serein in the commune of Beines, in a valley with full south sun exposure. The wind corridor brings freshness to this wine; balanced and complex.

"There is a bit more overall Chablis typicity present on the iodine and mineral reduction-infused aromas of mostly pear, apple and algae scents. The opulent, round and very rich medium-bodied flavors possess good muscle and punch while displaying fine length on the sappy, clean and focused finale. Again, this is really quite good for its level and worth checking out."
