This orange wine is 100% Vital from Vinha do Outeiro (vo) from 25-year-old vines grown in Serra de Montejunto, in the region of Lisbon, located ten miles from the Atlantic coast. After 8 days maceration on the skins, it fermented with native yeasts in 1000L dornas and was pressed to age in old Burgundy barrels for 11 months. Malolactic completed.
