Dits del Terra
Dits del Terra gets its name from the gnarled, nearly 85-year-old vines of Carinyena that look like ancient fingers clawing into the schist soils of this site near the village of Torroja. This is one of the first vineyards that Dominik and his then partner, Eben Sadie, acquired. Grapes are hand harvested, left whole cluster and fermented in vat. No pigeage or pumping over and a 2 week maceration before pressing. Aged 20 months in concrete tanks and Stockinger foudres.
