Winemaking: We hand harvested the fruit and went directly to press. The wine was fermented in a
combination of concrete tank and egg.
Aging: Bottled after 6 months in old wood barrels
ABV: 12.5% Production: 400 cases of 750ml and 120 case of 1.5L Jugs bottled
