100% Tempranillo from younger vines--under 20 years old.  Grapes are hand-harvested, de-stemmed, and pressed. Long maceration, about 24 days on skins. Fermentation is done in stainless steel and aged 6 months in French oak barrels, and six months in American oak barrels. 12 months in bottle before release.
