Forty-five percent Moscatel, thirty percent Riesling, and twenty-five percent Semillon from a blend of old vines in Guarilihue, Itata; the vines date back to the early 1920's in Paleozoic granite soils. Hand-harvested fruit. After gentle crushing in a basket press,the must is fermented at cold temperatures with native yeast. Aged in neutral oak, then in bottle for three months before release.
