70% Sauvignon Blanc, 28% Sémillon and 2% Muscadelle. 2017 was a challenging year in Bordeaux because of frost and hail and at Coustaut, they had 85% less fruit than normal. Fortunately, the quality on what remained on the vines came out very well. The vines are 30-40 years old on average. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel vats at low and controlled temperatures to preserve all the grapes’ potential. Unfined and unfiltered.
