A) 11 day skin-contact Pinot Gris, aged in tank;
B) 1 day skin-contact Pinot Gris, plus a bit of direct press Pinot Blanc,
fermented & aged in neutral barrel; and
C) 4 hour skin-contact Pinot Noir, aged in tank.
