80% Carignano, 20% Alicante Nero (aka Grenache).  The Carignano was direct-pressed and then whole clusters of the Alicante Nero were added to the tank, macerating there for 12 days and coloring the wine. All concrete. Low alcohol, salty, and finishing with almond/fennel seed freshness. Certified biodynamic.

"The 2021 Rosato di Ampeleia boasts an inviting, red-pink, melon color. A dazzling bouquet mixes tangerine with pungent florals and hints of kiwi. It's soft-textured yet packed full of zesty acid-driven tension, as tart citrus tones and wild berries cascade across its saline-mineral core.
