100% Trebbiano Toscano. From biodynamically farmed vines averaging 60 years old and planted on the clay-based, volcanic soils of the hilly Monte Amiata outside of Montalcino. Destemmed and fermented with native yeasts and without sulfur in steel tank with a 30-day maceration. The wine for a year in old oak and bottled unfiltered.
