IGT Umbria Rosso Passito "Decius" (Sagrantino)
100% Sagrantino. From biodynamically farmed, certified-organic, hand-harvested estate fruit. The grapes are dried on wood frames for about 2 months. They are gently pressed and fermented with native yeasts, then aged in cask for 4-5 years. The wine typically finishes with 40-50 grams of residual sugar.
