Langhe Nebbiolo "daBatiè"
100% Nebbiolo from a single-vineyard in Roero, 5km from the cellar. This site is composed of about 60% sand and Stefano likens it to “taking a walk on the beach.” Harvest is in the beginning of October. Fermentation is in stainless steel and the juice is racked off the skins once it is dry, around 12 days. Aged in stainless steel for 1 year and 3 months in bottle before release.
