100% Listán Blanco (aka Palomino Fino when planted in Jerez) grown at about 460 meters above sea level. These vines are pergola-trained and about one hundred years old on average. Vinification and aging is done in inox tanks.  Fresh, salty, mineral-driven and hugely refreshing; quintessential island wine. About 40,000 bottles made.
