100% Chardonnay. Located on the Viré and Montbellet villages, the vines are planted at 300 to 450 meters in altitude on slopes with south-southeast exposure. This slope is known as one of the best areas of the appellation, as the soil is rich in limestone and clay. The vines average fifty-five years-old. They use the guyot pruning technique and farm following sustainable agriculture. The grapes are made entirely in stainless steel, giving a refreshing, unoaked Chardonnay. Super classic.
