A blend of mostly Listán and Tintilla, grown on Pedro and Antonio's poorest sites (the "badlands"). Planting the slowest-ripening grapes on the poorest sites is important here; if they are planted in parcels that are too mineral-rich and fertile, the plants produce more berries to the bunch than can fully ripen. Aged in French and American oak.
