Nama no Jozen Mizuno Gotoshi

This unpasteurized sake is exciting and lively with a nose full of citrus, apple blossom and shizo. The palate is equally as bold featuring fresh persimmons, marshmallow and slightly underipe stone fruit. The finish is clean, with soft minerality.

Pair this with: Sushi Nigiri with fatty fish such toro, shima aji umimasu, shiro ebi.  It goes beyond Japanese cuisine, too: try this with French fries, fish tacos, or crab cakes.

Alcohol: 16-17%
