85% Bonarda Piedmontese, 15% Barbera, Grignolino (and a few yet to be identified varietals) from 80-year-old vines amongst the small Los Nidos plot. Located in Paraje Hilario, within San Juan, vineyards are at a high elevation (1500m) with alluvial soils strongly influenced by the Los Patos River. Grapes are hand-harvested, left whole cluster, and foot stomped in 2,000L cement eggs. 8 months in 1,000L concrete egg, unfined unfiltered.
