Certified organic by Ecocert. 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah. Soil: Clay and limestone with pebbles. Vines: 15-20 years old. Vinification: 4 weeks maceration, light pigeage, natural yeasts, aged in thermoregulated steel vats. Especially elegant Languedoc red, full of black fruits and spices with a long velvety finish.
