Pinot Noir Estate Dry
The berries were quite small in the 2012 vintage, which gave the wines more concentration and a rich fruit character, but thanks to the loess soils, this wine still shows beautiful minerality as well.
Finished dry; 100% Pinot Noir. After a cold maceration for 7 days, fermentation took place on the skins, after which the wine was racked into seasoned barriques for malolactic and aging. After 12 months in barrel, this was bottled without filtration.
