The Havlin Vineyard is a southeast facing site that sits at the base of the Van Duzer Corridor - winds blow in from the Pacific every summer afternoon, cooling temperatures by 10 degrees or more. The vineyard is farmed with no irrigation or herbicides and is LIVE- certified sustainable. All hand harvested fruit, fermented with 5% whole-clusters and matured for 17-months in neutral French oak. Elegant in style with spicy red fruit and great acidity.
