Red Blend "Cascadia" Willamette Valley
88% Pinot Noir, 8% Gruner Veltliner, 3% Gamay, 1% Syrah.
The fruit is foot stomped, co-fermented with 50% whole cluster.
2/3 aged in stainless steel, 1/3 aged in neutral oak for 10 months.
The fruit comes from two vineyards:
Hanson Vineyard two sites- Alluvial terrace (sand, clay, silt loam, stones, gravel, and Woodburn silt loam.
Havlin Vineyard - Marine sediment, silt loam
