"Sweet corn and lightly poached white peach, shadowed by high-toned hints of corn mash and mothball, are mingled with cardamom, gentian perfume, lemon oil and sea breeze. The impression on a silken, buoyant yet palpably dense palate is no less complex and alluring. The long finish perpetuates lusciously ripe fruit and inner-mouth perfume with zesty, spicy counterpoint, while a suggestion of chalk-infused sea water serves for intrigue and saliva-inducement. This will probably be yet more expressive once its bottling date recedes into the past, and it was only due for release in May 2018."
