Rosato IGT Toscana 'Lunella'
A textural, autumn-appropriate rosato made from 80% Sangiovese, 20% Canaiolo. Each variety was separately destemmed and crushed. After 4 hours of maceration, pink juice was bled off of each tank and a blend was made. Malolactic was completed. 3,000 bottles made. The inscription on the label reads “Year 1075- Saint Bruno and Tolfo the Second establish the little monastery.”
