Rosé Coteaux du Salagou
Mourvèdre/Merlot/Terret Gris. Organically farmed, hand-harvested estate fruit from iron-rich clay and basalt soils with extremely low yields. The Merlot and Terret Gris are direct-pressed; the Mourvèdre is bled or saignée. Deeply colored, richly textured, medium-bodied and spicy with peachy color and fruit character. The VdP of Coteaux du Salagou is named for a small local lake and lies within the larger regional Pays d'Hérault IGP.
