100% Zinfandel from PorQue Vineyard in the Russian River Valley. Certified Biodynamically Farmed.
Foot stomped whole cluster in open-top fermenting bins. Fermented on skins 16 days with multiple punch-downs daily. Pressed, and aged 18 months in combination of 500 Liter Neutral Oak Barrel and 500 Liter Italian Terrecotta Amphorae. Racked during descending moon and then bottled the following descending moon.
