Sancerre La Côte des Monts Damnés
From one of Sancerre's most famous single-vineyard sites. La Cote des Monts Damnes has very steep slopes with south, south-east exposure and the vines are planted at 250 - 350 meters altitude. Like all of Yves Martin's wines, the fermentation is spontanoeus with indigenous yeasts. It's aged on the fine lees in stainless steel.
