The 2020 Rosé Bubbles was produced from Zinfandel from the 'Passadore Block' on the Poor Ranch Vineyard in Hopland, Mendocino. The 'Passadore' Zinfandel was planted in 1952. Poor Ranch is a CCOF vineyard and ranch in Hopland, Mendocino where 5th generation farmers, John, John Samuel and Susan Poor farm their head trained vineyard blocks by hand, without irrigation. Grapes are hand harvested, fermented dry in stainless steel with natural yeasts. Unfined/unfiltered, no added SO2.
