Seventy percent Mencía, twenty percent Caiño and ten percent Espadeiro from thirty-year-old vines planted on sandy, alluvial plots at the foot of the Pedralonga slope. Fermented with native yeasts and partial whole cluster in stainless steel vats; aged on the lees for at least one year. No oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
