Tokaji Furmint Dry “Petracs”
• Single-vineyard with 60 year old vines.
• Volcanic, bedrock soils.
• Hand-picked bunches are gently pressed, in new French and Hungarian oak barrels.
• Wine is later aged in oak barrels for 3 months. Lees are then stirred every week for another 5 months. Later the wine is racked from the barrels and aging continues in stainless steel tanks for another six months.
