“Unburdened” Bourbon Whiskey
Distilled using Viking corn and malted barley, both certified-organic. Their “cuts” are extremely tight, which means that only a small percentage of the distillate is actually used for the finished whiskey. The result is a very small yield, but an incredibly smooth spirit right off of the still; they sacrifice quantity for quality. Aged for at least 6 months before being hand-bottled at 43% abv.
Tasting Notes: vanilla, caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, coffee, and hazelnut.
