Müller Thurgau (43%); Riesling (36%); Gewürztraminer (14%); and Pinot gris (7%). Fruit is destemmed and co-fermented on skins until dry before being racked and pressed into neutral French oak for four months. Bottled unfined/unfiltered, minimal so2 added. Vibrant, crisp, and grippy. 12% abv.
