• From vineyards close by the beach and within view of the historic Mont Canigou.
• 30 year old vines.
• Clay-Limestone, galets soils.
• Fermented in tank, 5% malolactic fermentation.
• 3 months in tank on the lees of Viognier (80%) and French oak barrels (20%).
