100% Viognier. The fruit comes from 50/50 Cedarville (decomposed granite) and Sumu Kaw (volcanic). The granite soils provide the texture and floral quality while the volcanic gives density and fruit. The wine was co-fermented whole cluster and aged in tank. Hank normally uses Viognier for blending, but he loved it on it's own in 2018. 120cs produced.
