100% Viognier. Half of the fruit comes from Cedarville (decomposed granite) and the other half from Sumu Kaw (volcanic). The granite soils provide the texture and floral quality while the volcanic gives density and fruit. The wine was co-fermented whole cluster and aged in tank. Hank normally uses Viognier for blending, but he loved it on its own in 2018. 120 cases produced.
