70% Monastrell, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Produced from dry-farmed organically grown vineyards, planted in 1970 in predominantly chalk soil at 713m (2,339 ft) elevation. Whole clusters with stems undergo a cold maceration; after 3 months of aging in 2-year-old oak barrels, the wine is blended and bottled.
